Q:How do you come up with a price for customs?
A:It depends on what type of design we would have to do and how much time needed to complete the job [prep, artwork, finshing] + shipping cost. Prices are non-negotiable.
Q:Is there a return policy?
A:Like all other kinds of custom work ALL SALES ARE FINAL.For clothing apparel, size exchange are a one time basis.
Shipping
Q:What if my shoes or items get lost in the mail?
A:In an effort to protect Bossman Kustom Kicks and the customers, a tracking number will always be provided when shipping any Bossman Kustom Kicks.Once the tracking status say "delieverd" the Bossman Kustom Kicks Team cannot be help liable if an item goes missing
Q:What happens if my shoes are damaged when I get them?
A:Bossman Kustom Kicks is not liable for damaged sneakers. All Bossman Kustom Kicks are inspected prior to shipping out to the customer. If there is damage done to the shoe, Bossman Kustom Kicks is happy to assist in any way possible but is not liable for damages. Just a reminder, all sales are final!

Q:How long does it take to make a pair of kustoms or restore shoes?
A:It depends on how sophicated the design is and how bad of condition the shoe are.
Q: Are your shoes wearable and safe to wear in the rain?
A: Yes! All Bossman Kustom Kicks are great for light casual wear. However paint can scuff so wear at your own risk!
